At the end of the draft phase, the finalist phase begins automatically. This is the phase where only the finalist designers can upload new designs. These are all the designers of designs that you have located on the right side of the 'ranking page'.

The finalist phase will automatically move to the completion phase after 3 days.

Tips

During the finalist phase, you can change the ranking of the finalists. The new finalists will be enabled to continue uploading designs.
Ranking and commenting is key. Each design has its separate, proprietary chat available with the designer. The more you interact with the competing logo designers the more volume of designs are submitted and the better quality of designs you will receive.

Things to know

The chat function between you and a designer will be private during the trial, draft, and finalist phases and public afterwards. The chat function is specific to each design. Designers have the opportunity to explain their designs in words and images. They can upload an image by clicking on the paperclip.

You can request support to extend the finalist phase if required.
