The logo will be 100% legally yours at the conclusion of the contest. LogoLeague will provide all the legal transfer and ownership documentation you need.

At the conclusion of the contest, the winning designer will transfer all of the source files to you, and we will also forward the legal transfer of ownership documents to you. Any of the logos from your contest that were not chosen as the "winning logo design", remain the legal property of the designers and can be resold or used in their public portfolios or profiles.
