Below we detail the guidelines requested in order to distinguish which designs violate intellectual property rights, and which do not.

To evaluate each case, we isolate the designs, placing one next to the other in the same blank document, and listing the similarities and differences they have. Then, we suggest evaluating each and every one of the similarities and differences in the list under the following guidelines. ​
